Restaurants, bars and coffee shops are such exciting spaces to design. They are social hubs for friends to reunite, families to escape to, couples to romance in and for the lone traveller to detour to.

At Amongst Things, we love the dynamic culture of F&B design. We work to establish the unique requirements of our client’s space and brand. Considering how the interiors can work to fit their demographic, seasonal offerings and budget. Whilst looking good is a priority (even once it’s been lived in!) the space must function for front and back of house staff in order for the service to run smoothly.

SHOW HOMES

Amongst Things works with developers to deliver interior design schemes that meet the development’s target market(s), brand ethos, budget and location demographic. Our designs are creative and innovative in order to fulfil the dynamic and diverse requirements of a show home brief.

As well as show homes, Amongst Things designs interiors schemes for full developments and marketing suites.

Apartments:

We compile specifications for apartments, creating material palettes for our clients buyers to select from. Our experience aids us in finding a balance between style, practicalities, budget and innovation for apartment, kitchen and bathroom designs, including finish specifications, joinery and architectural details.

Communal Amenities:

With apartments comes communal spaces. Whether it’s a built-to-rent or built-to-sell development, Amongst Things works closely with the sales, branding, marketing and operations teams to establish the individual needs of each development. The aim is to maximise the amenity offering of the building and showcase the development for sales and marketing to utilise whilst building a journey and quality that potential residents want to invest in.
