RESIDENTAL (DOMESTIC) DESIGN

The level of interior design services required varies from client to client and from project to project. After the project kick-off meeting and a 3D CAD model of the existing space/room/property is completed (RIBA stages 0 & 1). We have two levels of services clients can opt for along with a bespoke service if required (usually for larger full home renovations).

WHICH PACKAGE IS RIGHT FOR ME?

For soft re-furnishments.
No building works required. Happy with the property rooms/layout.
‘Shop’ the overall look, rather than every product/service being selected.
Loose budget guidance.

SERVICES INCLUDED

SCOPE OF WORKS:

Review meetings (online video call)*.
Look and feel mood board (overall style preferences that impact the layout).
Furniture space planning (1-3 layout options).
Develop final layout.
Joinery design (exterior aesthetic).
Sourcing/specification (shopping list), including broad wall, floor and ceiling finishes, paint colours, key furniture pieces and decorative lighting.
3D CAD views (Level 2**). Minimum x 1 per room/space.
Budget. Pricing for key items included.

Property layout and connections between rooms/spaces needs improving and is currently causing issues.

3D CAD views (Level 3***). Minimum x 2 per room/space.
Budget. Prices included for each item.
Sample pack (loose samples posted and presented in meetings).
Meetings. Additional meeting at property to review samples (large format where feasible).
